If you have a balance, you’ll need to first withdraw any cryptocurrencies or USD before Customer Support can assist in closing your account.
Select "Problem logging in” and then “I’m an existing user and I forgot my password” located on [https://exchange.zipmex.com/problem-logging-in]

Follow the instructions on the next page by entering your registered email address and Zipmex will send you an email to reset your password.

For security purposes, resetting a forgotten password will result in a 24-hour hold on cryptocurrency withdrawals.AddA
You can view your trading history in the ‘Wallet’ tab. Click on the different tokens to have a historical view of all trades and transfers related to your account.
If you’re unable to add your bank account through Plaid (our 3rd party provider), then you’ll need to initiate a wire transfer to verify your bank. For instructions on how to initiate a wire, please see the How do I send a wire transfer? article.
