1. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the “May 2022 Referral Program ” (“Promotion”). The General Terms of the Zipmex Australia Pty Ltd (“Zipmex”) also form part of these Terms.
2. This Promotion commences on May 7, 2022 at 00:01 AM AEDT to May 31, 2022 at 11:59 PM AEDT (“Promotion Period”). 
3. Existing Zipmex users as (“Referror”) and new Zipmex users as (“Referee”). 
4. For every new Referee, who successfully pass KYC and referred by Referror, during the Promotion Period, the Referror will receive 50 AUD worth in ZMT.
5. To enter this Promotion, Referror needs to use the refer-a-friend function by either copy the link or use the  specific code provided to each existing user of Zipmex (“Referral Code”). In order to receive 50 AUD worth in ZMT, Referror should share the Referal Code with the potential Referee, and Referee should sucsessfully pass the KYC.
6. To enter this Promotion, Referee needs to create an account using the Referral Code from Referror and successfully pass KYC within the Promotion Period in order to claim the 50 AUD worth in ZMT.
7. Eligible users will receive the airdrop amount distributed in ZMT token within 5 business days.
8. There is no limit to the number of Referees that a Referror can refer to the Promotion.
9. Zipmex’s employees, Zipmex alliance partners, contractors, and employees and for (each of them) their respective immediate families are eligible to enter this Promotion.
10. Any entries received outside of the Promotional Period will not be accepted and Zipmex does not accept any responsibility for late, lost, or misdirected entries.
11. By claiming Promotion, each participant grants Zipmex the right to use their personal information for marketing and publicity purposes in connection with this Promotion. 
12. The Promotion’s payment is non-exchangeable, non-refundable, non-transferable, non-negotiable and cannot be redeemed for cash. 
13. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, Zipmex may suspend, cancel or modify this Promotion. Zipmex reserves the right to final decision. 
14. Zipmex reserves the right to modify or cancel the offer at any time. 
15. Zipmex will not be liable for any loss, claim, cost, expense, liability, or injury (Loss) suffered by any person in any way associated with this Promotion or any Promotional Rewards, except where such Loss cannot be excluded by law.
16. Zipmex reserves the right to refuse distribution to users who violate the rules of trading governed by local regulatory authorities and agreement of terms and conditions with Zipmex.
17. Zipmex reserves the right to suspend and terminate accounts that have been identified to be associated with money laundering or illegal financial activities in accordance with the requirements by local regulatory authorities and agreement of terms and conditions with Zipmex.
