1. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the “$100 Rebate on ZipUp+ Deposit” (“Promotion”). The General Terms of the Zipmex Australia Pty Ltd (“Zipmex”)  and Terms and Conditions of  ZipUp+ also form part of these Terms..
2. This Promotion commences on May 17, 2022 at 00:01 AM AEDT to May 31, 2022 at 11:59 PM AEDT (“Promotional Period”). 
3. Only new users of Zipmex are eligible for this Promotion. 
4. To enter this Promotion the Participant needs to create an account using the referral code “ZIPUP100USDC” during the Promotion Period and successfully complete KYC.
5. The Participant must deposit at least $100 AUD of any crypto that ZipUp+ supports to Z-wallet. 
6. Crypto that ZipUp+ supports refer to: ZMT, BTC, ETH, USDC, USDT, and LTC.
7. The Participants must complete all requirements listed in the section 4 and 5 of this Promotion’s Terms will be eligible to receive a $100 in USDC (“Promotion Reward”).
