Terms and Conditions

1. These Terms and Conditions (Terms) apply to the “The Last Lock” (“Promotion”). The General Terms of the Zipmex Australia Pty Ltd (“Zipmex”) also form part of these Terms.

2. This Promotion of $70 AUD Referrer bonus and $30 Referee Sign up bonus commences from March 9, 2022 at 00:01 AM AEDT to March 21, 2022 at 11:59 PM AEDT (“Promotion Period”).

3. To enter this Promotion, new users need to create an account, successfully complete the KYC, purchase a minimum of $100 AUD of available digital assets on the Zipmex Australian website or app and lock (”Lock”) $100 AUD of their chosen asset in their Z-wallet within the campaign period. The user must then refer a new user by providing them with their unique referral code found in ‘settings’ of the Zipmex Australian website or app. The referred user must sign up with the provided referral code, purchase and lock a minimum of $100 AUD of available digital assets in their Z-wallet in order to claim the promotion reward.

4. To enter this Promotion, verified existing users need to lock $100 AUD of their chosen asset in their Z-wallet within the campaign period. The user must then refer a new user by providing them with their unique referral code found in ‘settings’ of the Zipmex Australian website or app. The referred user must sign up with the provided referral code, purchase and lock a minimum of $100 AUD of available digital assets in their Z-wallet in order to claim the promotion reward.

5. The minimum Lock amount is equal or more than 100 (one hundred) AUD.

6. The Promotion $70 AUD bonus will be airdropped with the equivalent paid in ZMT to referrer.

7. The Promotion $30 AUD bonus will be airdropped with the equivalent paid in ZMT to referee.

8. The Promotion $70 AUD bonus will be paid within 3 business days to the referrer.

9. The Promotion $30 AUD bonus will be paid within 3 business days to the referee.

13. Any entries received outside of the Promotion Period will not be accepted and Zipmex does not accept any responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries.

14. By claiming Promotion, each participant grants Zipmex the right to use their personal information for marketing and publicity purposes in connection with this Promotion.

15. The Promotion’s payment is non-exchangeable, non-refundable, non-transferable, non-negotiable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

16. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, Zipmex may suspend, cancel or modify this Promotion. Zipmex reserves the right to final decision.

17. Zipmex reserves the right to modify or cancel the offer at any time.

18. Zipmex will not be liable for any loss, claim, cost, expenses, liability or injury (Loss) suffered by any person in any way associated with this Promotion or any Prizes, except where such Loss cannot be excluded by law.
