Our solicitors in Singapore, Morgan Lewis Stamford LLC, have informed us that they have filed the 7th Affidavit of Lim Wei Xiong Marcus. The 7th Affidavit of Lim Wei Xiong Marcus contains financial information about the 5 applicant companies in the Zipmex Group that have commenced the moratorium proceedings in Singapore, as well as updates on the moratorium process and the restructuring plan generally.
