As part of Zipmex’s road to recovery, we are slowly re-enabling access to users’ Z Wallets as promised. 

Zipmex is re-enabling transfers from users’ Z Wallets to Trade Wallets on Thursday 25th August 2022 for ZMT first.

All users will be able to access all of their ZMT at their own convenience by transferring the tokens through Zipmex’s exchange website: https://trade.zipmex.com/au/exchange . 

Once transferred to the Trade Wallet, users will be able to withdraw assets as per usual.

This transfer is another step in our plan to gradually transfer tokens to customers’ Trade Wallet.  Please note that transfers and bonus distribution for the other tokens in Z Wallet will remain on hold.

We would like to assure customers that we remain dedicated to re-enabling 100% of all Z Wallet transfers, and will continue to inform all our users, in every country, of future steps planned.
