Select “Problem logging in” and then “I’m an existing user and I forgot my password” located on https://trade.zipmex.com.au/problem-logging-in.

Follow the instructions on the next page by entering your registered email address and Zipmex will send you an email to reset your password.

For security purposes, resetting a forgotten password will result in a 24-hour hold on digital assets withdrawals.
