Can I use a joint bank account?

All transfers to or from a joint bank account can only be done if the name designated as the administrator of that bank account matches the Zipmex account holder’s name. Please contact your bank to make sure that the administrator of that joint bank account matches the Zipmex account holder’s name to prevent any rejected transfers.
