Do I need an account or KYC?

No. Connect a Solana wallet and trade. There is no registration, no email, and no identity check on the platform. Product availability may still depend on the laws of your jurisdiction — that responsibility sits with you.

What are the fees?

Perps: maker/taker fees per filled order — your live rates are under Perps → Portfolio → Fee tier. Swaps: the quoted price already includes routing; the quote screen shows price impact and minimum received before you sign. Prediction markets: fees apply to filled orders only; claiming winnings is free. Solana network fees (fractions of a cent) apply to every transaction.

Which wallets are supported?

Phantom, Solflare, Backpack, Coinbase Wallet, Trust, Ledger, and any Solana Wallet Standard wallet. Mobile users can also sign in with email or socials via Privy, which creates an embedded wallet.

Can I trade from my phone?

Yes — the site is fully responsive, and wallet connections work through your mobile wallet app or Privy login.

My funds are on Ethereum / BNB / another chain. How do I start?

Use Bridge (in the More menu) to move funds to Solana, then trade anything on the platform.

Why did my swap fail?

Usually slippage protection: the price moved beyond your tolerance between quote and execution, so the transaction reverted rather than filling at a worse price. You only paid the network fee. Retry, or widen slippage slightly for volatile tokens.

Every transaction suddenly fails to confirm — what happened?

If it worked yesterday and nothing else changed, your wallet session likely expired. Disconnect the wallet, reconnect, and try again.

Where is my perps margin held?

In your own trading account on Orderly Network's vault contracts — the audited infrastructure the shared order book settles on. You deposit and withdraw with transactions you sign; Zipmex never holds the funds.

What is jupUSD and why did my prediction payout arrive in it?

jupUSD is a dollar-pegged stablecoin used by the prediction-market infrastructure for settlement. Each contract still pays $1 of value; you can swap jupUSD to USDC in the app in one step.

A token has the same name as a real stock — is it legit?

Not necessarily. Copies with identical names exist. Check the token page: holder count, whether mint authority is disabled, top-holder concentration. Genuine tokenized stocks have tens of thousands of holders; impostors usually have a handful.

Is there an API for automated trading?

Yes — perps trading is programmable. Generate keys under Perps → Portfolio → API keys.
