Important Announcement: C8P Delisting

As stipulated by the new Regulation issued by Commodity Futures Trading Regulatory Agency (BAPPEBTI) Number 11 Year 2022 regarding the list of traded crypto assets in the physical crypto assets market, Zipmex Indonesia will delist C8P tokens from its exchange platform by 8 September 2022.

What happens after 8 September 2022?

  • Your assets will remain in your Trade Wallet, but you will be unable to sell or deposit your assets
  • You will still be able to withdraw your assets to an external wallet

Note: We would like to advise you to withdraw the assets from the platform as soon as possible.

How do I withdraw digital assets out of my Zipmex account?

  1. Log in to your Zipmex account
  2. Go to the “Wallet” menu
  3. Click the “Withdraw” button
  4. Select the asset you want to withdraw. In this case, select “C8P”.
  5. Enter the withdrawal amount and the destination address (external address). Make sure your destination address has the same protocol type.
