Important Announcement: Assets Delisting Clarification

In reference to the delisting announcement published on Wednesday, 1 February 2023, we would like to clarify that all 17 assets that are going to be delisted on Wednesday, 8 February 2023 are available for withdrawals and we have made changes to the liquidation process. 

The withdrawal methods that are applicable to the assets are:

  1. Withdraw from Zipmex Mobile App and Website
    Available for the following tokens:
    Compound (COMP), Holotoken (HOT), Maker (MKR), OMG Network (OMG), Smooth Love Potion (SLP), SushiSwap (SUSHI) and Yearn.Finance (YFI).

    To find out how to withdraw your assets to another wallet or exchange, follow these steps.
  1. Request to withdraw via Customer Support
    Available for the following tokens:
    BakeryToken (BAKE), dYdX (DYDX), Illuvium (ILV), Merit Circle (MC), Yield Guild Games (YGG), MyNeighborAlice (ALICE), Convex Finance (CVX), Kusama (KSM), Harmony (ONE) and Vulcan Forged (PYR).

The following withdrawal fees will be applicable for all withdrawals.

If you have sufficient balance and your asset can’t be withdrawn via the Zipmex Exchange or Application, complete the Request for Withdrawal form and provide the following information:

  1. Your Zipmex Account
  2. Details of the assets to be withdraw and destination address
  3. Photo evidence with either your National ID or Passport

You can submit the following request to Customer Support at [email protected].

Please note that your withdrawal request may take 1-14 business days to process, subject to request volume.

All withdrawals and requests will need to be submitted before Thursday, 2 March 2023 at 17:00 (UTC +7).

Changes to the Liquidation Process

We appreciate the feedback from our community, and are happy to inform you that holders of delisted assets can also request to opt out of the liquidation to USDT process.

To opt out, please fill in the form here and upload the documents specified.

Holders of delisted assets who have not withdrawn their assets or requested to opt out by Thursday, 2 March 2023 at 17:00 (UTC +7) will have their assets liquidated to USDT into their Trade Wallet by Wednesday, 8 March 2023. The amount of USDT that users will receive is based on the Market Price when liquidation takes place.
