Our solicitors in Singapore, Morgan Lewis Stamford LLC, have informed us that they have filed the 12^th Affidavit of Lim Wei Xiong Marcus. The 12^th Affidavit of Lim Wei Xiong Marcus contains updates on the Share Subscription Agreement and a summary of the changes to the Tranche Payments.
