The Singapore Court has directed that Zipmex Asia Pte Ltd inform creditors immediately of the following:

The hearing of the Super Priority Application in HC/OA 383/2022 was recorded and the footage has been published on YouTube at https://youtu.be/Tpyp0LIK3Ns.

The transcript of attendees’ chat messages who had posted using the chat function of the Zoom webinar has been made available to the Applicant.
