Update on the moratorium applications

The Singapore court had granted Zipmex Asia until 8 June 2023 to file its update to creditors on the status of the restructuring.

On 8 June 2023, Zipmex had filed its update affidavit in the Singapore Court. If you are a creditor, the update will be sent directly to your mailing address with the scheme managers.
