Update On Moratorium Proceeding in Singapore

Zipmex wishes to announce that representatives from KordaMentha Pte Ltd have been engaged as financial advisors and proposed scheme managers to assist Zipmex through the restructuring process.

KordaMentha will work closely with Zipmex’s management and appointed solicitors in Singapore, Morgan Lewis Stamford LLC to ensure that the optimal outcome for the restructuring of the Group can be achieved to maximise the returns for all stakeholders including our customers and vendor creditors.

KordaMentha along with Zipmex will provide further updates to the stakeholders in relation to the restructuring process as appropriate including details of a virtual town hall meeting, which will be held no later than 15 September 2022, for all customers and vendor creditors shortly.
