Announcement: RTGS and LLG transfers will be temporarily unavailable from 19-25 April 2023

Dear Valued Zipmex Customer,

In light of the upcoming Idulfitri, we would like to inform you that Real Time Gross Statement (RTGS) and clearing facility (Lalu Lintas Giro or LLG) transfers will not be available from 19 to 25 April 2023 in accordance with the joint public holiday policy imposed by Indonesia’s government offices. 

Please be advised that withdrawal requests of funds exceeding the amount of Rp250.000.000 (two hundred and fifty million rupiahs) to accounts that belong to banks other than:

  • BCA
  • Mandiri
  • BNI
  • BRI
  • CIMB Niaga
  • PermataBank, and
  • Bank Sahabat Sampoerna

will only be processed starting from 26 April 2023. 

Should you wish to withdraw funds larger than Rp250.000.000 and have them retrieved in a designated bank account that is not listed above within the same day during the public holiday period, please split your transaction into multiple requests of smaller amounts.

Please note that deposit and trade functions will not be affected and will continue to operate normally during this period.
