How do I disable 2FA if I can’t log in to my Zipmex account?
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) keeps an account more secure. If you can not login with your 2FA code, please contact Zipmex Customer Support via email at [email protected].
Our team will help you to disable Two-Factor Authenticator. Thus, you can log back into your Zipmex account. You will be asked to send a photo of your ID card, registered email and mobile number for identification purposes.
Once we can confirm your identity, we will proceed to disable the two-factor authentication on your account. The process will take 1×24 hours after the data is received.
