How do I change my password?

Zipmex allows users to change their account passwords. To change your Zipmex account password, you can follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to your Zipmex account
  2. Go to Settings menu > “Profile & Security
  3. Select Password > Reset Password
  4. Enter the email registered with Zipmex to receive a password reset link, then click “Send Email”. Make sure the email address you write is correct and valid.
  5. Check your email inbox
  6. Click the link sent to your email to reset a new password
  7. Enter the new password in the field provided. Attention: To strengthen the security of your password, make sure the password is at least 8 characters long, containing a combination of uppercase, lowercase letters, numbers and symbols. After that click Set My Password.
  8. Your password has been changed successfully. You can log in to your Zipmex account using the new password.

Reset your password

How to reset your password if you forget it:

  • Click “Forgot password” on the login page
  • Enter the email address registered with Zipmex to receive the password reset link, then click “Send Email”. Make sure you write the email address correctly.
  • Check your email inbox to access the password reset link
  • Click the link sent to your email to reset your password
  • Enter the new password in the field provided. Attention: To strengthen the security of your password, make sure the password is at least 8 characters long, containing a combination of uppercase, lowercase, numbers and special characters. After entering the new password then click Set My Password.
  • Your password has been changed successfully. You can now log in to your Zipmex account using your new password.

Note: after changing your password, you cannot withdraw digital assets for 24 hours on the Zipmex platform for account security.
