How do I change my password?
Zipmex allows users to change their account passwords. To change your Zipmex account password, you can follow the steps below:
- Log in to your Zipmex account
- Go to Settings menu > “Profile & Security”
- Select Password > Reset Password
- Enter the email registered with Zipmex to receive a password reset link, then click “Send Email”. Make sure the email address you write is correct and valid.
- Check your email inbox
- Click the link sent to your email to reset a new password
- Enter the new password in the field provided. Attention: To strengthen the security of your password, make sure the password is at least 8 characters long, containing a combination of uppercase, lowercase letters, numbers and symbols. After that click Set My Password.
- Your password has been changed successfully. You can log in to your Zipmex account using the new password.

How to reset your password if you forget it:
- Click “Forgot password” on the login page
- Enter the email address registered with Zipmex to receive the password reset link, then click “Send Email”. Make sure you write the email address correctly.
- Check your email inbox to access the password reset link
- Click the link sent to your email to reset your password
- Enter the new password in the field provided. Attention: To strengthen the security of your password, make sure the password is at least 8 characters long, containing a combination of uppercase, lowercase, numbers and special characters. After entering the new password then click Set My Password.
- Your password has been changed successfully. You can now log in to your Zipmex account using your new password.
Note: after changing your password, you cannot withdraw digital assets for 24 hours on the Zipmex platform for account security.
