Why can’t I withdraw my digital asset?
Please note that you cannot withdraw or withdraw digital assets if you log into your Zipmex account using a new device.

In addition, the process of withdrawing and depositing digital assets cannot be carried out because the digital asset you have selected does not yet support these two things or you don’t have sufficient balance in your wallet.
