How to deposit IDR using BCA bank transfer?

Follow these steps to deposit Rupiah using BCA Virtual Account in Zipmex:

  1. Log in to your Zipmex account
  2. Go to the “Wallet” tab
  3. Click “Deposit”
  4. Choose “Indonesia Rupiah”
  5. Go to “Transfer to Virtual Account”. For example, you can select “Bank Permata Virtual Account” and follow the details of the transfer method below:
    • Transfer using ATM BCA
      • Choose Transfer > Transfer Other Bank.
      • Input bank code Permata (013).
      • Input the desired amount to deposit. Minimum amount is 50,000 IDR.
      • Enter your Virtual Account Number Permata stated in the app.
      • Check the data on screen and confirm your transaction.
      • Keep your receipt as proof of deposit.
    • Transfer using m-BCA
      • Choose m-transfer menu.
      • Register your Virtual Account Number by selecting the Other Bank on Register Destination account menu.
      • Enter your Permata Virtual Account Number stated in the app, choose Permata on bank listing then click Send.
      • Check Virtual Account detail is PT Zipmex Exchange Indonesia. Then click OK and input your BCA PIN.
      • After the bank account has been registered, choose Other Bank on Transfer menu.
      • Choose Permata Bank and choose the virtual account that has been registered.
      • Input the desired amount to deposit. Minimum amount is 50,000 IDR.
      • Check the data on screen and confirm your transaction, then click OK and input your BCA PIN.
  6. Once the deposit process is complete, please wait 2-5 minutes for funds to be available in your wallet. You can check the details of deposited funds in the Trade Wallet.
