How to deposit IDR using Permata bank transfer into the Zipmex account wallet?

STEP 1: FIND NEAREST ATM

1. Insert your Permata ATM card.

2. Enter your ATM PIN.

STEP 2: PAYMENT DETAILS

1. On the main menu, select “Other Transactions”.

2. Select “Payment Transfer”.

3. Select “Others”.

4. Select “Virtual Account Payment”.

5. Enter your Virtual Account Number and proceed.

6. On the confirmation page, there will be the amount to pay, account number and merchant name. If the information is already correct, proceed.

7. Select your source of payment you are using to transfer (i.e. from Savings account) and proceed.

STEP 3: TRANSACTION COMPLETED

1. Your transaction is completed. The details will be displayed. 

2. Once the payment transaction is completed, this invoice will be updated automatically. This may take up to 5 minutes.

IBANKING

STEP 1: LOG IN TO YOUR ACCOUNT

1. Open https://new.permatanet.com and login.

STEP 2: PAYMENT DETAILS

1. Select “Payment”.

2. Select “Pay Bills”.

3. Select “Virtual Account”.

4. Choose your source of payment.

5. Select “Masukkan Daftar Tagihan Baru”.

6. Enter your Virtual Account Number.

7. Check your detail information and proceed.

8. Enter SMS token response code.

STEP 3: TRANSACTION COMPLETED

1. Your transaction is completed.

2. Once the payment transaction is completed, this invoice will be updated automatically. This may take up to 5 minutes.

MBANKING Permata Mobile X


STEP 1: LOG IN TO YOUR ACCOUNT
1. Open Permata Mobile X and login.

STEP 2: PAYMENT DETAILS

  1. Select “Pay Bills”.
  2. Select “Virtual Account”.
  3. Enter Virtual Account Number.
  4. You will see a confirmation page. Recheck the number and account you want to send. Click “Next” button.
  5. Choose your source of payment.
  6. Enter the amount you want to pay.
  7. Check your detail information. Click “Confirmation Payment” and enter your PIN.
  8. Enter SMS token response code.

STEP 3: TRANSACTION COMPLETED

Your transaction is completed. Once the payment transaction is completed, this invoice will be updated automatically. This may take up to 5 minutes.

MBANKING
Permata Mobile

STEP 1: LOG IN TO YOUR ACCOUNT

1. Open Permata Mobile and login

STEP 2: PAYMENT DETAILS

1. Select “Pay Bills”/ “Pembayaran Tagihan”.

2. Choose “Virtual Account”.

3. Choose your source of payment.

4. Choose “Daftar Tagihan Baru”.

5. Enter your Virtual Account Number.

6. Check your transaction information and proceed.

7. Confirm your transaction.

8. Enter SMS token response code.

STEP 3: TRANSACTION COMPLETED

1. Your transaction is completed.

2. Once the payment transaction is completed, this invoice will be updated automatically. This may take up to 5 minutes.

Transfer from Other Bank STEP

1: LOG IN TO YOUR ACCOUNT

1. Login to your bank account. You can use ATM, Internet Banking, or Mobile Banking

STEP 2: PAYMENT DETAILS

1. Select the “Transfer to Other Bank” menu

2. Select the destination bank for Permata Bank (Bank Code: 013)

3. Enter the Virtual Account Number

4. Enter the payment amount according to the bill

5. Virtual Account Number, virtual account name and amount is displayed on the screen

6. Follow the instructions to complete the transaction

STEP 3: TRANSACTION COMPLETED

1. Check and confirm the payment on the screen.
