I haven’t received my referral bonus, why is that?

Here are a few possible reasons you or your referrer are not eligible for the referral reward:

  • Your referee must sign up using your referral code. This means they need to create a new Zipmex account after opening your link or input your referral code manually on the sign up page. Referrals are not captured if the referred person signs up using the Zipmex app/web without inputting the unique referral code.
  • Referral rewards are only paid if the person you referred verifies their account, buys and locks a minimum of 100 ZMT tokens with ZipLock feature.
  • We do not  pay out referral rewards on duplicate or false accounts. Duplicate or shared financials will cause disqualification.
