Important announcement – Re-enabling Z Wallet to Trade Wallet transfers for GOLD

Zipmex has re-enabled transfers from Z Wallet to Trade Wallet for GOLD. This is another important milestone as Zipmex works towards restoring Z Wallet transfer functionality for impacted assets.

You’ll now be able to access your available GOLD by transferring the tokens through Zipmex’s exchange website: https://trade.zipmex.com/th  

How to transfer GOLD

• Log in at https://trade.zipmex.com/th 
• Go to ‘Wallets’.
• Select ‘Z Wallet’ and click ‘Transfer’.
• Transfer from Z Wallet to Trade Wallet, selecting GOLD.
• Enter the amount.
• Review and confirm.

Please Note: GOLD transfers are only available on the Zipmex website and not on the Zipmex App.

Please check the website address carefully to make sure that you are logging into the Zipmex website.

Once transferred to the Trade Wallet, you’ll be able to trade or withdraw assets as per usual.

There may be price volatility on Zipmex exchange due to the recent re-opening of trading, we advise users to trade with caution, especially when using the ‘Market Order’ function.
