The Zipmex platform is still operating as as usual without any plans to discontinue.
Regarding the news about the delay in payment from investors, the company and its executives have been in contact with the investors to speed up the investment. The company and all executives are in the process of negotiating with investors to solve the problem, but due to confidentiality cannot clarify many details at this point in time.
However, the company would like to inform you that on March 30, 2023, Zipmex Group is due to have a hearing with the Court of Singapore regarding the approval of the rehabilitation plan. The Zipmex Group will proceed with the guidelines following the Singapore Court’s order to prepare for such matters.
The company would like to inform you that various actions will be taken to the best of our abilities so that the restructuring plan is completed as soon as possible in order to be able to return to fully opening the Z Wallet again.
