Important announcement: Zipmex has extended the deadline to withdraw LTC till 10 October 2022

We have extended the deadline to withdraw LTC (Litecoin) till 10 October 2022, 5.00 pm (UTC +7). Please withdraw your LTC (Litecoin) that is in the Trade Wallet by that time.

As Zipmex Thailand has delisted Litecoin since 28 June 2022, you will not be able to trade your Litecoin.

This delisting was due to the latest Mimblewimble upgrade which allows LTC users to use opt-in privacy, which is against the Thai SEC regulations for privacy coins (Notification of the Securities and Exchange Commission Kor Thor. 4 /2565).

If you do not withdraw your LTC by 10 October 2022, 5.00pm (UTC +7), you may not be able to withdraw the remaining LTC by yourself via Zipmex platform. Instead you may need to contact our customer support service to request for your LTC to be withdrawn. This may take up to 7 business days depending on request volumes.

Your LTC will be kept in your account until the withdrawal process is completed. 

Onwards, Zipmex will start implementing the new withdrawal process for all delisted tokens.
