Changes to our KYC process

Dear Zipmex customers,

We are reviewing our KYC process and have made the following changes.

These changes are effective from 7th April 2023 onwards.

For Thais:

• All Thai nationals will have to verify their identity at a 7-11 branch or Krungsri Bank branch to complete the KYC process. Please follow the links below for more information. This includes existing and new customers who have to re-KYC.

For Foreigners:

• New Foreign customer onboarding is currently paused.
• Foreigners who have to re-KYC can still submit their supporting documents/complete the process through the Zipmex application or website.
