Zipmex is changing your wallet addresses, starting from 7 September 2022 onwards.

The affected digital asset wallet addresses are:

BTC (Bitcoin), BCH (Bitcoin Cash), and XRP (Ripple).

This change in wallet addresses is due to the change of our wallet in order to  accommodate and support more digital assets in the future.

Be sure to check your wallet address before making a deposit to ensure that your digital assets are safely transferred.

Your digital asset amounts will be unaffected by the new wallet address and you are able to trade with us as usual.

Please be aware of scammers or impersonators pretending to be Zipmex staff. We will never contact you asking for your personal information or for you to send funds to any account.
