How do I change my password?

You can change the password by following the steps below  

  1. Log in 
  2. Go to ‘Setting’
  3. Go to ‘Profile & Security’
  4. Go to ‘Password’ then click ‘Reset Password
  5. To change your password, we will send you an email that will allow you to access the Reset Password feature.

In case you forget the password, please click ‘Forgot Password’ at the log in page https://trade.zipmex.com/th/accounts/sign-in
