How to recover your 2-Factor Authentication (2FA) in case you can’t your Zipmex account?
If you are unable to access the 2FA previously set up, you can request to cancel by sending an email to [email protected] with an image/selfie of you holding a personal identification document. (For Thai nationals, please use a national ID card. For non-Thai nationals, please use a passport) and a paper stating the following:
“Request to disable 2FA for Zipmex account
Your registered email account
The account holder’s signature”

Note: Your documents must be clear enough to review. We will proceed to verify and re-enable your 2FA as soon as possible, and within 5 business days.
We, however, recommend re-ennable two-factor authentication whenever you can to protect your account.
