How to recover Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)?

If you are unable to access the 2FA previously set up, you can request to cancel and re-enable the 2FA by sending an email to [email protected] with an image/selfie of you holding a personal identification document (For Thai nationals, please use a national ID card. For foreigners, please use a passport) and a paper stating the following:

  1. “Request to disable 2FA for Zipmex account”
  2. The email address you want to cancel the 2FA
  3. Date
  4. The account holder’s signature

Note: Your documents must be clear enough to review. We will proceed to verify and re-enable your 2FA as soon as possible or within 5 business days.
