How Zipmex will alert you when it is your time to review your personal information
How to update your personal information on Zipmex website
1. Log in to your Zipmex account on our website
2. The system will display a notification to update your account information, select “Review Information”.
3. Confirm your phone number. Then select “Request OTP”.
4. Enter the 6-digit OTP from the SMS sent to your phone. If you haven’t received it, wait 5 minutes, then select “Request OTP” again.
5. Check that your infomation is up-to-date and correct. If you’ve changed your name, select “Edit” to update. Once you’ve checked, tap “Next” to proceed with the next step.
6. Allow Zipmex to collect facial recognition data. Then select “Looks good, verify my identity”.
7. Enter your current address and occupation.
8. Complete your suitability assessment form.
9. Confirm that your information is correct and up to date and take note of the Terms & Conditions. Then select “Accept”.
10. For additional verification steps, choose one option.
