1. Trade
Click ‘Trade’ on the navigation bar. Go to the bottom left part of the screen, you will see ‘Open Orders’. Press the trash can symbol 🗑 to cancel.

2. Wallets
At ‘Wallets’, you can click ‘Transaction History’. You will be redirected to the ‘Open Orders’ page where you can cancel the unmatched trading order(s).

3. Transactions
Click ‘Transactions’ from the menu bar. Select ‘Open Orders’ from the drop down list. Go ahead and ‘Cancel’ the trading order(s).
You can filter the data by date, assets and order type by using the filter function. Your open orders history can also be downloaded as a .CSV file.

Mobile app

1. Home
Hop on to the ‘Home’ page under the ‘Open Orders’ section, then click the selected order to cancel it.

2. Markets
At ‘Markets’, select the coin or token from the list and click on the history symbol located in the top-right of the screen. See your unmatched order(s) at ‘Open Orders’.

3.Wallets
Hover over to the History symbol, top-right of the screen, and select the ‘Open Orders’ page to see your open order.

4. Profile
On the Profile page, ‘Wallets’ section, go to ‘Transactions’, then click ‘Open Orders’.

You can cancel the limit order(s) only if it has not been matched with other sell / buy orders.
