What is a Limit Order?

A limit order is when you place an order to buy or sell an asset at a specific “limit” price. It is usually an instruction to buy at a lower price or sell at a higher price than the current market price. A limit order lets you specify the lowest price at which you would be willing to sell or the highest price at which you would be willing to buy.

Important: Trading using limit orders allows users to buy at a lower price and sell at a higher price. To prevent any losses, our system will prevent orders that are set too high or low compared to current market price.
