Why my code from 2FA app is not working?
Check out the following list if your 2FA code keeps showing ‘Error Wrong 2FA code’
– Ensure that the code is not expire or about to expire
– Try to use the most recent one shown in your authenticator app
For iOS, please follow the following instructions:
1. Check the date and time of your mobile device setting
a. Go to ‘Settings’ > ‘General’
b. Tap ‘Date & time’
c. Switch on “Set Automatically”
2. Sync time in Authenticator app
a. Go to ‘Settings‘ > ‘Time correction for codes’
b. Tap “Sync now”
3. If the issue is still persist, please contact support to reset the 2FA of your account
For Android, please follow the following instructions:
1. Check the date and time of your mobile device setting
a. Go to ‘Setting’ > ‘General management’
c. Tap ‘Date and time’
d. Switch on “Automatic date and time”
2. Sync time in authenticator app
a. Go to ‘Settings’ > ‘Time correction for codes’
b. Tap “Sync now”
