– You deposited from a registered bank account.
– Your deposit request has not expired.
– You did not re-use the QR code. None of the above?

Please submit the following items to [email protected]

1. A bank transfer slip

– Ensure that the proof of payment contains the sender’s name, recipient’s name, reference number, amount, date and time

2. A bankbook

– A photo of the first page of bankbook OR
– E-Passbook must contain bank name, account name, account number
Name on the bankbook must match the name on the bank transfer slip.

Refunds will be made within 24 hours of the request being submitted.
