Zipmex is delisting TrustSwap (SWAP) from its exchange on 2 December 2022

Zipmex is constantly reviewing the listed assets on our platform as we strive to provide the best trading experience for our customers. As a result, Zipmex is delisting TrustSwap (SWAP).

Asset delisting schedule:

  • 2 December 2022 18:00 (UTC +8) – TrustSwap (SWAP) will be delisted from the exchange.
  • 16 February 2023 18:00 (UTC +8) – Last day customers will be able to withdraw the asset marked for delisting via the Zipmex website and app.
  • 16 February 2023 18:00 (UTC +8) onwards – Holders of SWAP who have yet to withdraw their SWAP assets by this time and date will have their SWAP assets liquidated into the equivalent amount in USDT into their Trade Wallet by 23 February 2022 at the latest. The amount of USDT that users will receive will refer to the Market Price where the liquidation takes place. 

In order to withdraw your assets to another wallet, you will need to complete the following steps

If you do not withdraw your assets within the timeline above, you won’t be able to withdraw the remaining assets via the Zipmex app or website. Your assets will automatically be liquidated into the equivalent amount in USDT into your Trade Wallet by 23 February 2022 at the latest.

Your assets will be kept in your account until the withdrawal process has been completed.

  1. Zipmex is not currently licensed by MAS to provide DPT services. This means that you will not be able to recover all the money or DPTs you paid to Zipmex if Zipmex’s business fails.
  2. You should not transact in the DPT if you are not familiar with this DPT. This includes how the DPT is created, and how the DPT you intend to transact is transferred or held by Zipmex.
  3. You should be aware that the value of DPTs may fluctuate greatly. You should buy DPTs only if you are prepared to accept the risk of losing all of the money you put into such tokens.
  4. You should be aware that Zipmex may offer services related to DPTs which are promoted as having a stable value, commonly known as “stablecoin”.
  5. DPT held in your Hosted Wallet is not subject to the Singapore Deposit Insurance Scheme (“SDIC”) or any similar insurance or guaranty scheme of any other jurisdiction. In addition, funds stored in your Fiat Wallet do not benefit from the SDIC or any similar insurance or guaranty scheme of any other jurisdiction.
