Update on Moratorium Applications in Singapore

We write to update that the team from Morgan Lewis Stamford who has primary conduct of the moratorium proceedings for the Zipmex entities has taken up new positions at Prolegis LLC in Singapore.

Accordingly, Zipmex has formally appointed Prolegis LLC as counsel of the Zipmex entities in the Singapore Court proceedings. The necessary Notices of Change of Solicitors have been filed on 9 May 2023.
