Why was my transaction declined?
There are multiple possible reasons for a declined transaction. For example, the POS machine itself doesn’t support contactless payments. Please find common declined reasons below.
- Unauthorized Merchant Category such as money transfers, gambling, or dating service.
- Exceeding the spending limit of daily or yearly spending.
- Incorrect card information: wrong card number, wrong CCV2, wrong cardholder, or wrong PIN
- The card has already expired.
- Insufficient funds with the selected crypto asset in your Z Wallet
