Terms and conditions:

1. To be eligible to be included in the draw for a ZipCrew membership, users must trade the equivalent or greater than AUD$50 on the Zipmex Australia  website or app between 03 October at 00:00 ( GMT +11) 2021 to 13 October 2021 campaign ending at 23:59 (GMT +11). All references to times in this document adjusted to AEDT — Australian Eastern Daylight Time. 
2. To be eligible to be included in the draw for $1,000 AUD  equivalent of ZMT. USers must purchase and lock a minimum of 100 ZMT on the Zipmex Australia  website or app, between 03 October at 00:00 ( GMT +11) 2021 to 13 October 2021 at 23:59 (GMT +11)
3. Cumulative trades include total ‘buy’ and ‘sell’ orders during the campaign period.
4. ZipCrew Membership refers to the VIP 1 tier of the Zipmex ZipCrew program. The VIP 1 tier is equal to 100 ZMT and 100 ZMT will be distributed to each winner of the ZipCrew membership draw. 
5. $1,000 reward will be paid in ZMT only. Any references to the government issued currency can only be used as an information reference for  customers. Any transactions in connection to this promotion will be paid in ZMT. 
6. Winners shall be drawn by Zipmex Australia Pty Ltd on October 14, 2021 at 11:00 ( GMT +11). The winner will be contacted by email and/or phone to confirm winning. 
7. The rewards shall be distributed within 72 hours of campaign ending. Zipmex reserves the right to delay payment of the reward in rare cases. 
8. Zipmex reserves the right to terminate, update or otherwise adjust the terms & conditions it deems appropriate without prior notice. If there is any issues or disputes, Zipmex reserves the right to the final decision. 
9. Zipmex shall take no liabilities for any claim, loss, damage and cost incurred by any user; however arise, in relation to this campaign.
10.   Zipmex reserves the right to refuse distribution to users who violate the rules of trading and adhere to all laws, rules, regulations and requirements in Australia. Those violations will be considered as breach of terms and conditions of Agreement with Zipmex. 
11. Zipmex reserves the right to suspend and terminate accounts that have been identified to be associated with money laundering or illegal financial activities in accordance with  all laws, rules, regulations and requirements in Australia.  and agreement of terms and conditions with Zipmex.
