Important announcement: Temporary pause of withdrawals for ETH and ERC-20 tokens

To support Ethereum network upgrade, ETH and other ERC-20 token withdrawals will be temporarily paused on our exchange during the following times:

• 6 September 2022 at 21:00 UTC+10 (or 11:00 UTC) until the Bellatrix consensus layer upgrade is completed.
• 15 September 2022 at 10:00 UTC+10 (or 00:00 UTC) until “The Merge” upgrade is completed.

Your wallet balances of ETH and ERC-20 tokens will not be affected by the upgrade. No action is required from you for the duration of the Ethereum upgrade. 

We’ll follow announcements by Ethereum closely and let you know when the network upgrade is completed and withdrawals have been re-enabled. Follow our social channels to stay up to date.
