Update on the Moratorium Proceedings and Applications to Convene Scheme Meetings

Please note that all five entities in the Zipmex moratorium group (the “Moratorium Group”) have filed applications for further extension of the moratoria granted by the Singapore High Court (“Extension Applications”).
The Moratorium Group is seeking a further extension of the moratoria until 8 January 2024.

Zipmex Asia Pte Ltd and Zipmex Pte Ltd have also filed further affidavits in support of HC/OAs 757 and 758 of 2023 (“Leave Applications”).

Copies of the papers filed in the Extension Applications and the further affidavits filed in support of the Leave Applications have been circulated individually to each creditor by the scheme managers.
