How to request withdrawal via customer support

The first thing you should do is ensure you have sufficient balance in your account (this includes Withdrawal Fees for the blockchain transaction). The following withdrawal fees will be applicable for all withdrawals.

If you have sufficient balance and your asset can’t be withdrawn via the Zipmex Exchange or Application, complete the Request for Withdrawal Form and provide the following information:

1. Your Zipmex Account
2. Details of the assets to be withdraw and destination address
3. Photo evidence with either your National ID or Passport

Please note that your withdrawal request may take 1-14 business days to process, subject to request volume. Zipmex’s Terms of Service remain applicable.

  3. You should be aware that the value of DPTs may fluctuate greatly. You should buy DPTs only if you are prepared to accept the risk of losing all of the money you put into such tokens.
  4. You should be aware that Zipmex may offer services related to DPTs which are promoted as having a stable value, commonly known as “stablecoin”.
  5. DPT held in your Hosted Wallet is not subject to the Singapore Deposit Insurance Scheme (“SDIC”) or any similar insurance or guaranty scheme of any other jurisdiction. In addition, funds stored in your Fiat Wallet do not benefit from the SDIC or any similar insurance or guaranty scheme of any other jurisdiction.
