How to change your email?

To change your email address, we first need some additional documents. Please provide the documents requested in the steps below to [email protected]:

1. Fill out and sign the attached Change Data Form.

2. A copy of your physical driving license or passport with your signature and a handwritten note saying: β€œFor mobile number change in Zipmex from (your current email) to (your new email) only.”

3. A selfie of you holding your driving license or passport.

In the meantime, we will need your kind cooperation to not log-in to your account during the processing period of 3 business days.

Please note that you will not be able to see any updates or information in the application if you have processed any deposits during this time. You will also be unable to withdraw your assets.

However, please be assured that your assets will stay secure with us.
