How to change your name in your account?

If you have officially changed your name and would like to update it in your Zipmex account, please provide the documents below to [email protected]:

1. A photo of the front and back of your physical driving license/passport, displaying your new name.

2. A digital copy of your certificate of name change.

3. A photo of your bank book or bank statement with your new name and the details below:

  1. Bank name
  2. Account name
  3. Account number

Note: Your documents must be clear enough to review. We will process them within two business days, and update you via email once the process is complete. Please rest assured that your private documents are secure with us.
