How do I withdraw fiat currency from my Zipmex account wallet into my bank account?

If you have fiat currency in your account that is available to withdraw, you can initiate a wire transfer to your linked bank account in your name.

To withdraw, follow these 4 steps: 

1. Go to wallet > withdraw > select currency
2. Enter your withdrawal amount, bank details and name
3. Press ‘Withdraw’ at the bottom to confirm
4. Click the 2FA link in the email you will receive to confirm your withdrawal

Please allow for up to 24 hours of processing of withdrawal.
