What should I do if a deposit transaction with an e-wallet fails?

Make sure you don’t exceed the maximum amount of your daily deposit and your e-wallet account. Please note that each e-wallet has a limit on the balance that can be hold in wallet. If the deposit amount exceeds the nominal limit of your e-wallet account balance, the request will be rejected. Make sure your e-wallet account has complied with the conditions.
